Support for policy delivery
We work to strengthen the capacities of the public sector and make it responsive to society's needs.
- Support for the design and implementation of structural reforms: we provide evidence for the development of strategies and policy documents, action plans and reports, legal texts and guidance documents. We facilitate workshops and training sessions, develop digital solutions and other tools to promote reforms in various EU Member States.
- Performance measurement and monitoring: we design intervention logics, develop indicators, design procedures and gather monitoring data to assess performance, and report on this to stakeholders and society at large.
- Simplification and streamlining: we develop, test and demonstrate novel solutions to cut red tape, reduce complexity and simplify life for both the managers and the beneficiaries of public interventions.
